If an attendee cancels for any reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be given until May 15, 2006. After May 15, a refund of the registration fee will be given less $25.00 for administrative costs.

Any attendee who does not cancel their attendance and who does not attend the conference will be considered a "no show" and will not receive a refund for any portion of the registration fee.

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, this event can be cancelled by the organizers. If this should happen, registration fees paid will be refunded in full.
