The California Dialogue on Cancer welcomes exhibitors at California's Dialogue for Action conference. The Exhibitor Fee is $1,000.00 and includes one of the following:

  • a six foot table table linen and skirt, and two chairs
  • an eight foot table table linen and skirt two chairs
  • an open space for a free-standing display board and two chairs

Community-based non-profit organizations may apply for a subsidy to be a guest exhibitor if unable to pay the exhibitor fee. Exhibitor fees are waved for sponsors at the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Sponsorship levels.

Exhibit space is limited and by reservation only. Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. The California Dialogue for Action planning committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all exhibitor applicants. If you are interested in being an exhibitor, please complete the Exhibitor Interest Form by April 28, 2006.

Set-Up

  • The Exhibit Area will be available on Thursday, June 1st from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm for set-up
  • Exhibits must be set-up and ready for viewing no later than 12:00 pm.
  • Please describe your set-up on the Exhibitor Interest Form

Removal
Removal must be completed no later than Friday, June 2nd at 1:30pm. Exhibitors are responsible for retrieving exhibits and/or materials by the June 2nd, 1:30pm removal time. The hotel has the right to remove all exhibits and/or materials not claimed and will not guarantee the condition of the exhibit if removed by the hotel staff.

Resource Tables

All attendees are welcome to bring samples of their organizations' educational materials to display on resource tables at the conference. Plan to bring no more than 150 copies to accommodate number of conference registrants. Marketing materials are not permitted. If attendees will be bringing materials for the resource tables, please mark the appropriate box under "Resource Table Materials" on the registration form to ensure adequate space for all materials.

Materials may be shipped directly to the hotel. Items should not arrive at the hotel prior to May 30, 2006. Please address these materials as follows:

Attendees bringing resource materials will be responsible for retrieving materials after the meeting. Any materials left will be discarded upon conclusion of the conference.
