The California Dialogue on Cancer will be awarding a limited number of demonstrated need-based scholarships on an individual basis to:

Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners who work for clinics and other practices that serve low income, minority, rural and other medically underserved groups in California

Health care practitioners in rural California who are in a position to influence health care practice, specifically, colorectal cancer screening practice

To apply for a need-based scholarship, please choose the option “Requesting Scholarship” under Payment Options on the online registration form.
